Finding and entering this value will enable to use some of the automated tools available to LeaseholdersUnited members.

Finding your Rateable Value
If the page returns "Not Found" or an error, this can either mean that one does not exist of the Valuation Office server is not working.
Please try again in 15 minutes and report any repeated failures to us by contacting admin@leaseholdersunited.com.

Where you are not a member, please enter your e-mail address (which will be your username) and a password
of your choice into the boxes provided below and join for free at the same time as buying this report.
On pressing Proceed with Purchase, you will be redirected to Worldpay, our Secure Merchant Provider, where
