By raising awareness of property issues businesses will come to Surveyors when they really need advice. This stops wasted time on both sides and ensures that the businesses resources are more effectively used. To assist with this LeaseholdersUnited

a) provides the only localised directory of Surveyors identifying where firms have acted for other firms. Thus 12 High Street can find out who acted for 14 High Street

b) publishes the top 150 Rating Surveyors list, which is an attempt to combat the activities of the Rating Cowboys.

We are encouraging Solicitors, Accountants and Business Groups to use these Directories to advise their clients/members

A more transparent property market means better information for Surveyors and consequently more confidence in Valuations. Our National Rental Database project is the only free to access rental information sharing system in the UK and it allows Surveyors and others to share relevant information with on another.
