Caroline, has a degree Business Computing and 12 years experience as a software developer, having worked for Natwest, and also Citigroup developing their real time stockbroking systems.

Richard has nearly 40 years experience in property and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1989.
He worked for many years at Land Securities and Montagu Evans.

Founded the LBA Group an advertising agency handling accounts such as Abbey National, BskyB BAA, Gatwick and Avis Fleet. He currently provides marketing advice to Oxfam and various government bodies and Local Authorities

Matt Stannard
Software Development
Matt graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Computer Science and started work as a developer for the large multi-national re-insurer Willis. Since then Matt has taken on more of a IT Management / Development role working with a range of small to blue chip clients.
