LeaseholdersUnited has considerable and detailed property market information as a result of its research. But simply publishing that data would have limited benefit to the businessman. This is because he needs the knowledge of how to use that information.
Equally having lots of irrelevant data available to you can often be as bad as having none at all.
So we have developed a system that is "tailor made" to the clients' property. If you register 12 High Street, Southend, the system gives you information and guidance relevant to reducing the property costs of 12 High Street Southend.
Chartered Surveyors know how to use the information, as they look at property costs for a living and often have been doing so for decades. Businessmen look at property costs regularly, occassionally or never bother. So their ability and their experience varies.
