LeaseholdersUnited

Currently, Surveyors have to spend hours getting hold of the information they need to carry out work on behalf of clients. A large part of this is actually tracking down the Surveyor who is acting on a particular property.

Wouldn't it be easier if everybody identified where they were acting in an online directory?
Also, in this modern age, isn't it easier to send a message or equally respond to a message from another Surveyor rather than getting tied up with the phone?

Wouldn't having such a contacts database cut the time to do a job and allow Surveyors to cut their costs and be able to widen their market?

LeaseholdersUnited have created a list of "who acted for who" on over 100,000 UK commercial properties and have then uploaded into our Property Contacts database.

That database is combined with our "live" Property Contacts database, where occupiers and Surveyors identify which properties they are acting on so that they can communicate with one another.

To ensure those Contacts are "relevant", LeaseholdersUnited automatically "groups" contacts into one of 6023 "usergroups" based on location and the following defined property markets

Free members of LeaseholdersUnited, for security reasons, can attach themself to one property as a contact, free of charge.

Surveying firms on our Approved List can attach as many as they like.

Once added your simply click on your property and get a list of our "researched" contacts as well as our "live" contacts.

"Live" contacts have a messaging link, and to encourage "responsible" messaging and to cover the cost of maintaining the system, you have to pay £10 to gain full access to that group. That they gives you access to that contacts database for 1 year.

That £10 also gives you access to the Rental Database for that group for 12 months. For more information see the Rental Database link on this homepage.
